January 2024 brings the perfect opportunity to make an active effort towards bettering yourself in whatever way feels right… We’re not talking about all that ‘New Year New You’ stuff – you’re already you and that’s perfect! Instead, here at RapidLash® HQ, we’re all about self-love and self-care; the stuff that aims to nourish and enhance us, not change us entirely – that’s simply unrealistic!
A big priority for all of us in Team RapidLash® is continuing to improve our mental wellbeing by prioritising our peace and happiness every day! One thing we’ve found helpful in doing this is building and maintaining routines…
Whether it be an earlier wake up time, adding some exercise to our evening schedule or starting a new beauty routine (such as a lash-care routine using RapidLash® and RapidShield®!), there are loads of ways to incorporate routines into your new year and the benefits are brilliant – believe us, we’ve done our research!
Effective routines can help to*:
- Reduce stress and anxiety
- Make more time for relaxing
- Improve emotional wellbeing
Creating a routine is super simple and maintaining one can be great fun! Why not create a routine around your daily RapidLash® application? For example, every evening at 8pm you:
- (Double) cleanse your face
- Pat your face dry with a clean, soft towel
- Apply RapidLash® serum to both upper lash lines
- Sit down and read a book for 5-10 minutes (allowing the serum to sink in and dry)
- Massage a face serum/cream into your face, neck and chest
- Apply a soft, gorgeous-smelling lip balm
Routines like these are so simple and don’t take much to set up or stick to but are so rewarding - by 8:30pm you’ll be cleaner, softer, enroute to having longer-looking lashes, and (hopefully) twice as relaxed! Will you be trying one out?
